There were SO many exceptional and distinctive details at this early Summer wedding of Kelsey and Greg Rodriguez that make it hard to know how fully to describe it. If I had to say it in one word it would be magical.

We had Disney themed tables from Mulan to Beauty and the Beast, to Cinderella and even a little Lady and the tramp complete with a spaghetti bowl! There were nods to the movie UP with the Paradise Falls honeymoon fund, we had Vintage vehicles like the rustic tractor and a vintage truck and photo opportunities placed all around the property making the event interactive and fun for the guests and groomsmen. We even had Superheroes! While I usually advise my brides not to over-do the DIY (because it is time-consuming and can be stressful), Kelsey knew exactly what she wanted, she went after it and she made it happen.

What made it work for this wedding was that she fully assigned tasks to people outside the bridal party who not only committed but went above and beyond setting up, that meant for me it was about supervising and helping where I could and that created a very extraordinary wedding and reception.

We had great vendors such as Sweet Petals flowers, Ian Andrew’s photography and Good time Entertainment for rocking the dance floor. I think the best part about this wedding was the couple themselves; they were always polite and appreciative, they had fun, they were relaxed and just overall a wonderful couple to work with.
